Final 2 Meets: Swimmer sign up deadlines approaching soon
Our last dual meet is Wednesday 7/26 at Sun Valley. Swimmers must sign up by Monday at noon. We are in need of volunteers to help with timing, ribbons and “runners” to bring timecards to the score table. The Championships is Saturday 7/29 at Paint Rock. Swimmer sign-ups are due by tomorrow (Sunday) at noon and late entries will not be accepted. There are strict league rules for when Sun Valley coaches must submit our lineup and changes can’t be made once submitted. Thanks for considering this when determining your swimmer’s participation. Any drops will not be able to be re-filled so it’s important you commit to participating if you sign up. Championships will be a split league format due to space constraints. SV, WSTC and LTP will compete in the first session. WBC, WCC and PR will compete in the second session. Sun Valley warm-up time is 8 - 8:30 am and the meet will begin at 8:45 am. We anticipate it will wrap up by 11 am. Go Sharks! Parking will be limited one side of the road only in the neighborhood. Overflow parking at Estabrook School (~15 min walk). Please carpool if possible. We will also need parents to volunteer with timing. More details and a volunteer sign up will be sent in the coming days.
