CARDIO TENNIS is offered in six week sessions: SPRING, SUMMER & FALL.
Cardio Tennis is a co-ed group activity featuring drills to give tennis players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout. You get short cycles of high intensity workout and periods of rest, like interval training.
While you are "playing" tennis, the primary focus is on getting a great workout. All the drills are specifically designed to be fun, challenging and to get you moving. You will hit forehands, backhands, volleys, etc.
Cardio Tennis is not about making you a great player. First and foremost, is a great workout. You run, you hit balls, you jump, you recover, and you have fun.
Each class is limited to 12 players. Ages 18 & up. Drop-ins permitted only if space allows.
Note: SPRING SESSION LIMITED to 8 PLAYERS TO ADHERE TO COVID/DISTANCING PROTOCOLS.
