Effective May 29, 2021

Last week the Governor announced all remaining COVID-19 restrictions will be lifted effective May 29, 2021 and the State of Emergency will be lifted June 15, 2021. Thanks for your patience as we reviewed and acted upon this unexpected change as quickly as possible. We are pleased to announce Sun Valley will be aligning its operations with State rules as indicated below. We will assess operations again in June and make any necessary adjustments. We look forward to getting back to the Sun Valley that we all love! We ask for your commonsense, cooperation, and respect for each other and the rules so we can enjoy a safe and fun summer together.

  • Return to 100% of our permitted capacity (200)

  • Reservations no longer required for free swim members may come and go as they please with no time restrictions

Please Take Note For the time being we are keeping the following restrictions in place. We will revisit each of these policies in June and keep you updated. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • Members Only (no guests)

  • BBQ/Grill closed

  • Social Events on hold

The CURRENT OPERATING PLAN remains in effect 5/27 and 5/28. The above changes will begin this Saturday, May 29.

As we move back to more normal operation please note the following as of Saturday 5/29:

  • Swim badges must be worn by children who have passed the swim test. If your child has already passed the test this year please ask for a badge at the front desk on your next visit.

  • Adult swim will resume and will be called at the top of each hour (20 min) from 12-4 pm. If no adults are using the pool after 10 minutes the lifeguards will call "All In". The kiddie pool may NOT be used by any children who have passed their swim test during Adult Swim.

Membership Change Requests

Conditions are changing quickly with regards to vaccines, infection rates and a dramatic loosening of restrictions two months earlier than expected. We understand these changes may impact your decisions on pool and tennis use. We will accept membership change requests through June 15 with no questions asked. After June 15 requests will be considered on a case by case basis.

It's been a while since we have operated without so many restrictions. Please review all the Rules and Regulations as a family. Unaccompanied children (ages 10 and up) must be familiar with the rules and expectations as well. Thank you!
