Our fall session of Cardio Tennis begins tomorrow.. We have 4 spots remaining. You may sign-up for the 6 week session or as a drop-in.
Thursdays at 5 PM
SEPT 3, 10, 17, 24, OCT 1, OCT 8
$75 for six week session
We will do our best reschedule rain-outs and if we cannot reschedule a pro-rated refund will be given
Can't commit to all 6 weeks? Reserve a spot as a drop-in for $15/class
Drop-ins must sign up in advance as space is limited and participation must be tracked in case contact tracing becomes necessary.

Proper hand hygiene and safe distance protocols must be followed at all timesCardio Tennis is a co-ed group activity featuring drills to give tennis players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout. You get short cycles of high intensity workout and periods of rest, like interval training. While you are "playing" tennis, the primary focus is on getting a great workout. All the drills are specifically designed to be fun, challenging and to get you moving. You will hit forehands, backhands, volleys, etc. Cardio Tennis is not about making you a great player. First and foremost, is a great workout. You run, you hit balls, you jump, you recover, and you have fun.
